Fremont View mapIn the 4 years since we started doing the Living Fascia class there’s been more research on the fascia. With this new research, we have discovered new functions of the fascia with significantly greater Importance along with new techniques to repair and maintain this vitally important organ of the body that has been neglected for so long.
This Lower Extremity course will include excerpts from the Exercise Physiology course, the PRE-Habilitation course and the living Fascia course along with some of these new techniques that are being developed to Repair, Untangle and Rehydrate the fascia.
Most of these new techniques, unfortunately, are being used and perfected for top athletes leaving the general population to fend for themselves. The complicated logistics of these movement and exercises are geared towards athletes and the difficulty of these protocols leave most practitioners frustrated knowing the vast majority of their patients could never handle such advanced activities.
The Lower Extremity course will show you how to regress these activities to correspond with the abilities of each individual patient. We will be working from the ground up and cover the common problems that affect common patients to give rapid and long lasting results.
